What to Say About Strengths and Weaknesses in a Fresher Interview

A good answer does not present a perfect person. It shows self-awareness and evidence. Choose a strength that matters to the role and support it with a project or study example.

Strength example

“I break unclear tasks into smaller steps. In my project, I wrote the data model and validation cases before building the interface, which helped me find missing requirements early.”

Weakness example

Choose a manageable skill you are improving, such as explaining technical work briefly. Describe the action you take, such as practising project summaries and asking for feedback. Avoid a fake strength or a weakness that makes the core job impossible.
